Terms and Conditions for Installation and Assembly Services

By booking our installation and assembly services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1.  No Liability for Damages

• While our assembly team takes every precaution to handle and assemble items with care, we do not accept liability for any damage to the goods being assembled or to the property (including but not limited to floors, walls, ceilings, or surrounding areas) during the assembly process.
• The customer is responsible for ensuring that the items to be assembled are in good condition and suitable for assembly prior to the scheduled appointment. Any pre-existing damage to the goods is the customer’s responsibility.

2.  Lift Access for Floors Above the 1st Floor

• For buildings with floors above the 1st level, a working lift must be available for use. Our assembly team will not be able to carry goods up to floors above the 1st level without a functioning lift.
• If the lift is out of service or unavailable, the customer must make alternative arrangements for carrying goods to the assembly location or ensure the lift is operational on the day of service. We will not be held responsible for any delays or inability to assemble the goods due to lift issues.

3.  Carrying Goods Between Floors

• Our assembly team will only carry goods up to one floor (e.g., from the ground floor to the first floor, or from the second to the third floor). For any additional floor levels, it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange for the transport of the goods.
• If additional assistance is required to carry the goods to higher floors, it must be arranged by the customer at their own expense.

4.  Additional Costs

• In cases where the lift is not operational or goods need to be carried up more than one floor, additional charges may apply for extra labor, which will be discussed and agreed upon in advance.
