Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. This includes the 14-day statutory cooling-off period required under UK and EU consumer law.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify:

• Items must be unused, in “as new” condition, with original packaging and tags.

• You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

• Custom or personalised products cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

• Clearance or final-sale items are non-returnable unless faulty.

Exchanges

Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship your replacement.

Cost of Returns

We cover the cost of return shipping. We will arrange collection of the item from your address.

Refunds

• Refunds are made to the original payment method only.

• Once the item has been returned and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.

• Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund to your account.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a repair, replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
