Mr Anwar have an extensive knowledge of the high quality products they sell. They are thoughtful, courteous and patient with their customers - their service is second to none.

Got my chaise lounge delivered very prompt but unfortunately was wrong handed but not a problem for this company they apologised straight away
And the next week it was changed over at no extra cost to me
Great company and the drivers that delivered were very courteous

Very fast delivery. The bed is so lovely my daughter loves it. I was worried after reading about the delivery men but honestly he was nice and polite and lifted the bed into my house. I would definitely us moorcroft again and would recommend to anyone

I was abit scared ordering from here due to all the reviews, but i ordered 3 beds and a mattress.Delivery was so quick and the beds arrived in perfect condition despite the reviews. The bed was so easy to assemble and the delivery driver called prior to coming and dropped everything inside my house. Beds are really cheap despite how amazing they ate. Thank you Moorcroft Beds

5* Excellent seller , fast deliver . Bed is superb quality and very easily set up as only the lift arm pistons to bolt in place and the head and base board to attach . The mattress is very deep and excellent quality and very comfortable . It is just as advertised . Many thanks

After initially receiving a bit of a bumpy experience from this company, Today Adam from moorcroft beds called me to rectify and put the situation right. Adam was extremely apologetic and understanding to why I was so frustrated. As a good will gesture Adam, offered me a part refund and sent me a new Mattress. I couldn't ask for a better result. Very happy now. Than you to adam

Wow!! Lovely mattress better than a more well known brand we have in the master bedroom. Arrived on time with a call before hand to let us know when it was coming. Friendly and fantastic delivery too. Highly, highly definitely, undoubtedly recomnend. SUPERB.
