Shipping & Delivery Policy

We aim to make delivery of your order as straightforward as possible. This policy explains how and when we deliver.


Delivery Area

We deliver to UK mainland addresses only. At this time, we do not ship to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, or other offshore/remote locations.


Delivery Time

Orders are usually delivered within an estimated 5–7 working days from the date of purchase.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as courier delays or exceptional circumstances.


Delivery Method

  • Deliveries are made to the main entrance at ground floor level.

  • For multi-storey buildings, delivery is to the ground-floor reception or lobby.

  • Customers are responsible for moving items beyond this point into their property.


Delivery Charges

Standard delivery to UK mainland addresses is free of charge.
If we introduce charges in the future, these will be clearly shown at checkout before you confirm your order.


Missed Deliveries

If you are not available when delivery is attempted, the courier will leave a card or contact you to arrange a new time.
If multiple delivery attempts are missed and items are returned to us, re-delivery charges may apply.


Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please notify us immediately.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot usually be changed once placed. If you need to cancel or amend an order, please contact us as quickly as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will try to accommodate your request. Once an order is in transit, it cannot be cancelled.
