All our beds are meticulously handcrafted to order here in the UK by skilled craftsmen. They seamlessly blend practicality with exceptional style and versatility, offering a luxurious feel.
Our headboards feature a standard height of 51” / 130cm, ensuring they complement any bedroom decor you desire.
Unlike many beds, we opt for a solid base instead of slats, prioritizing enhanced comfort for you. Our Ottoman beds are equipped with a gas strut system, akin to those found in car boots, allowing for easy lifting and lowering. Additionally, our bases provide ample storage space with a generous depth of 12” / 30cm.

Delivery Area
We deliver to UK mainland addresses only. At this time, we do not ship to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, or other offshore/remote locations.
Delivery Time
Orders are usually delivered within an estimated 5–7 working days from the date of purchase. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as courier delays or exceptional circumstances.
Delivery Method
Deliveries are made to the main entrance at ground floor level.
For multi-storey buildings, delivery is to the ground-floor reception or lobby. Customers are responsible for moving items beyond this point into their property.
Delivery Charges
Standard delivery to UK mainland addresses is free of charge. If we introduce charges in the future, these will be clearly shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
Missed Deliveries
If you are not available when delivery is attempted, the courier will leave a card or contact you to arrange a new time. If multiple delivery attempts are missed and items are returned to us, re-delivery charges may apply.
Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please notify us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Order Changes & Cancellations Orders cannot usually be changed once placed. If you need to cancel or amend an order, please contact us as quickly as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will try to accommodate your request. Once an order is in transit, it cannot be cancelled.

Return and Refund Policy for Moorcroft Beds Limited:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Moorcroft Beds. If for any reason you are not, you may return or exchange your item in accordance with this policy.
1. Return Period:
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. This includes the 14-day statutory cooling-off period required under UK and EU consumer law.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:
To qualify:
- Items must be unused, in “as new” condition, with original packaging and tags..
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
- Custom or personalised products cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
- Clearance or final-sale items are non-returnable unless faulty.
3. Exchanges:
Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship your replacement.
4. Cost of Returns:
We cover the cost of return shipping. We will arrange collection of the item from your address.
5.Refunds:
- Refunds are made to the original payment method only.
- Once the item has been returned and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
- Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund to your account.
6. DDamaged or Faulty Items:
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a repair, replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

1. Do your products come with a guarantee?
Yes. All our beds and mattresses come with a 3 years guarantee. If you’re not happy with your product, feel free to contact us via our helpdesk.
2. How long will it take to be delivered?
Your bed will be delivered within 5-7 working days. You will receive a text and email with a tracking link which contains the delivery date and time slot. This will be sent to you several days before the delivery.
3. Can I delay my delivery?
Yes, this is common for people who are decorating or moving into a new house but don’t want to miss out on a sale. You can place your order and select “delay delivery” in the checkout. We will then put your delivery on hold until you get in touch with us to arrange a delivery date.
4. Can I specify a delivery date?
We can’t guarantee a delivery date, however we will try our best to arrange a delivery around your schedule. Once you have placed your order, you can get in touch with us via our helpdesk to let us know your delivery preference.
5. How is this item delivered?
Small single or single divan bases will arrive as one whole unit.
Small double, double, king & super king divan bases will arrive in two halves to make it easy and convenient to move around your home.
The headboard is delivered as a separate piece and must be attached when assembling the bed.
6. Can I buy the bed on its own without a mattress?
Yes. The bed will be without a mattress unless you select one of our handpicked best sellers as a bundle to get an even bigger saving. You can do this by selecting a mattress above.
7. Is everything provided to assemble the bed?
Yes. We provide you with everything you need to assemble the bed. The only tool you need is a screwdriver.
8. How easy is it to assemble?
Very easy! We know you don’t want to spend all day fiddling around with tools, so we provide everything you need to put your bed together in five minutes or less.
